In this complex liberal economy which comes up with a lot of challenges to many people in their ongoing life, the only solution which seems to solve a lot of social problem or challenges is doing business while doing good to a prevailing society. Social entrepreneurship is a kind of business with a social goal in it, a business that add value to a society, it normally intend to solve a certain devastating social problem around the community where it is ran.

Social entrepreneurship builds people’s capacity

This kind of business is good and preferred as a tool for social change because it builds vulnerable people’s ability to run their life independently. Social entrepreneurship doesn’t work like a charity organization instead it teaches people how to fish for them to stand independently instead of depending on aids or being given always, it helps people to make their own income from what they do or from their own work so it builds people’s capacity.

Sharode entertainment a social enterprise in Tanzania

This social enterprise was established by SHARODE popularly MAMA SHARODE (mother Sharode) she is talented in acting, she likes so much doing arts specifically acting. After living in Kibaha one of the small towns in Tanzania for some time, she discovered a big problem of a number of desperate youths around that community. Most of them were street vendors, drug abusers, young ladies prostitutes and most of them are so young. Their parents do know what to do to solve this problem, these youths becomes a problem in their community because they some of them engage in robbery hence their community is not safe anymore.

A social enterprise business opportunity 

These youth problems in Kibaha became a social enterprise opportunity to mama Sharode, she started thinking of how she can help solving this problem by using what she has in hand, her idea became to start a club where she could mobilize these desperate youths and teach them how to act, and do drama then benefit out of what they earn after their performance in different events.

She grabbed this opportunity and not delayed to start implementing it, she started searching for these youths and the response was very positive, boys and girls joined her at her home place. She didn’t have any capital to start with, what she had was a talent, a brilliant idea, a passion to help youth through such kind of business and a small place at her home to use a training platform.

All youths who joined mama Sharode started toS be changed their attitude about their life, almost every day in evening they go to mama Sharode spend their time there discovering their talents and start acting and at the end of the day they earn some money out of what they do. Most of them stopped completely practicing their previous negative behaviors like drug abuse, prostitution and street vending; asking them what made it successful they will tell you that mama Sharode teaches them good morals and they do not have any reason to continue living like before while now they have their own job, a job which they love doing.

Social enterprise is normally supported by many people.

Since mama Sharode started this business, it has become a point of interest to some people in the society, some people like supporting her in different ways; I think is because her business helps youths and solves a big problem which has been growing in their community. One of the stake holders in Kibaha offered mama Sharode a very big and conducive building for her to use as an office and working area. In this building she can make a camp with youths and stay there during camping practice. She also got some new teachers who joined her to teach youths other talents like dancing variety of dancing like Tanzania traditional dances etc, this attracted more youths in her club, so recently you can hire actors and actress together with dancers from Sharode entertainment.

Social entrepreneurship goes with challenges 

Mama Sharode said that since she started this business, she faced a number of challenges, the biggest challenge was lack of support from her community, most of people complained that she was doing prostitution kind of business where she used to sell young beautiful girls and boys to shuga-mammies but because she knew what she was doing and believed in it she persisted. The government which was pressured by people in the society tried to burn her club but she persisted and survived. After sometime the same society started to understand the importance of what she is doing and now are supporting her in different ways.

Talking to all youths at mama Sharode club they witness that their life have changed a lot, most of them are now confident, positive in their life, they feel like entrepreneurs or workers because they earn money out of their own work, they morally feel successful than before.

Mama Sharode herself feels successful though she is still facing a number of challenges including lack of enough teaching facilities in her platform but her hope is in future to have everything because her passion is still high.

Mama Sharode is building youths capacity to earn money out of what they are doing and not giving them money so she is teaching them how to fish which is better than giving them fish.

I NATURALLY HEALED MY ULCERS

True story.

I confidently believe that being positive in your life can heal your body; I discovered this after succeeded to permanently heal my ulcers without using any medicine out of being positive in my mind. Just follow me to know how this process was and see how you can apply it on your side.

HOW YOU ARE NOW IS NOT YOUR NATURE

Life is naturally good. Its true ingredients are: peace of your mind, happiness in your soul from which results to your body health, smile, laughter and enjoyable living. It is very true that YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT, I previously (in my previous posts) said; your thinking shapes and controls your body that’s why if you are worrying anything your body might start trembling and becoming sick but immediately as you change your mood and became happy your body changes emotionally and become active. This shows us that the true healing of most of your body sickness is the positive thinking you have upon your life and body.

How many times you got some wounds in your body at work or anywhere else and because you were so busy wants to accomplish your business you just didn’t care it and it completely stopped paining your? MANY TIMES. This was possible because you became positive in your thinking and you believed that those pains can wait and they definitely stopped. 

THIS IS HOW I NATURALY HEALED MY ULCERS.

For more than four years when I was in ordinary and high school I suffered from strong ulcers. They were strong and wiped me by strong pains to the extent of failing to stand up sometimes, I had to eat a lot of food as the way I was advised by many people in our community but it didn’t work. This was my eating timetable in 24 hours; breakfast around 7am, strong like lunch tea break around 10am lunch at 12pm, another repetition around 3pm, I used to get a strong starter around 6pm before getting my supper around 20pm then I had to wake up in mid night to eat again for me to reduce some pain. It is not that I hadn’t satisfied of what I ate but I was just eating to reduce pains in my stomach. It was real a burden in my life. Together with all these selective foods, I used to take a lot of medicines without any success. My aunt whom I lived with took care of me all that time.

HOW I CHANGED MY ATTITUDE 

After high school I had to join the university somewhere far from our homeland, this time I was then going to stay over there under my own care. I had to leave all the cares of my aunt at home so a question came in my mind, “who is going to cook those goof food for me at the university then? I am going to be alone over there; I am now eating selective and expensive foods at home. Who is going to buy for me over there?” these were some of the questions I used to ask myself all the time.

One day my young brother who had the same problem told me, “brother we have to believe that we were not created to suffer from this disease, God created us to enjoy life and become healthier like others, let us change our mind and thinking and start believing now that we are healed. And from today we are going to stop eating too much, drinking a lot of medicines, we are going to start eating all the foods we were told to stop, from today we are healed.

STRONG FAITH AND CONFIDENCE HEALED ME.

I connected what my young brother told me with a lot of questions about how life is going to be at the university if I continue having those ulcers then I had no any alternative than accepting what he told me. It was supper time when agreed to start our new life with positive thinking and attitude about our life. We told my aunt that, “today we believe that we are healed so never treat us as sufferers of ulcers anymore and we are going to eat all the food we stopped and to confirm this today we want to eat beans, a food which we hadn’t ate for a very long time before.

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED AFTER.

We ate all of them and no pains were in our stomach, all the ulcers saluted and became quite since that day till today. What we had to do is just strongly believe in what we had decided and become confident all the time. We were then living by faith and it completely worked to us.

THIS IS APPLICABLE TO OTHER DISEASES IN YOUR BODY.

This is what I believe that if you reject any kind of pains in your body by being positive with strong faith and confidence in what you believe they are going to leave you free. I am 100% sure on what I am saying because I use the same formula to solve a lot of problem in my body and life in general just being positive in my thinking.

never rely on what lies within you

NEVER RELY ON WHAT LIES WITHIN YOU. 

This is natural that normally in our thinking we meet two different voices speaking to us interchangeably during the process of making decisions in our life. And all these two voices are important for us to have reasons why should we decide the way we decide, as you know wherever there is no some sort of conflicting ideas it is not easy to make changes, changes always come out of contradicting situation.

Different voices within you.

Let us say there is voice 1 and voice 2. 

Voice 1 usually tells you that you CAN do something on spot, it assures you that there is possibility to implement that good dream or ideas you have in your mind, it gives you hope and confidence and also allows and emphasizing you to just start doing it now.

Voice 2 usually comes after voice 1 and insistently tells you that you CAN’T do anything on spot and also in future because you are not in a position to do so. To emphasize its argument it normally start offering you some good reasons which look like relevant to your position recently, the reasons on why you cannot implement your dream or good idea. It might be a brilliant business idea, personal development idea or one of importance in changing your life and others life. Voice 2 will tell you that you do not have an ability, you do not have enough skills, your do not have experience, so you will end up failing, get ashamed, people will laugh at you, is not your star and many other stupid reasons which at the time being seem to be true in your mind. The end result of these lies within you is you to lose confidence and STOP doing what you were planning to do and remain the way you had been before. No changes and development in your economy and life at all.  

Ever you seen a runner who was on mark and after he/she was allowed to start running he/she suddenly hesitated and postponed desperately to continue running and with shy he/she turned back and start looking at his/her fellow runners going? YES! What made this runner stop running was VOICE 2, this runner relied in this false voice then his/her dream fulfillment failed.

 

Never rely on voice 2

Voice 2 is what lies within you, never rely on it, peoples of religion believe that this is a devilish voice which intends to ruin your life, every culture define this voice in their own belief but on my side I believe this is a voice which makes you stand firm in your decisions, it comes like a challenge for you to stand, fight and work on what you believe in. the truth is everything is possible if you dare try it and stop believing in what lies within you that you can’t do. If you want to win just FOLLOW YOUR GUT (your first voice) which tells you that YOU CAN JUST START.

As you hear this voice…

Please believe that you can do, accumulate new energy in you with a lot of confidence and passion then GO! Don’t worry on how you are going to do it at first, an important point is you to be ready, believe and start doing it, the HOW will be coming on the way as you fail at first. You will normally FAIL, FAIL AGAIN but at the end you will fail better. During this process, voice 1 will come and tell you to plan and have good goals. It will guide you in that process of planning so you will end up succeeding your dream.

Remember!

What lies within you is very powerful to fall you down. This is due to the fact that it has friendship with laziness, in-confidence, guilty etc within your body. if you won’t be stable and believe in voice 1, believing in yourself then you will accept it and fail your dream.

This is to let you know that what lies within you is so powerful to ruin your life if you won’t take care and keep on accepting it then forget to realize your good dreams in life and you will never get success.

 How to activate our resources to get RiCH.

Political view

In Tanzania and almost all the said underdeveloped or developing countries, the same story of “having a lot of resources like almost all the varieties of minerals, water bodies etc but we are still poor” has been existing for many decades now without getting the brilliant solution regardless a lot of expatriate and political meetings and seminars conducted in these countries to find a solution. They all seem not working and instead a wastage of time. The end result of this desperate minds has become corruption and fraud business to almost all the politicians, they no longer think of how we can use our many resources to get developed instead they are busy searching for people from the said developed countries to come, exploit all the minerals and export them to a market in their own countries. Our countries get only a good name that it exports minerals for instance; while its people are becoming poorer due to the fact that they are alienated from their resources.

THE KNOW HOW SECRET

A rich Tanzanian in his struggle to get rich he discovered a secret behind our poverty. He found that  having many resources in our hand doesn’t mean we are rich, being so means we have wealth, the Maasai people in East Africa have wealth by having thousands of cattle per person but still they are poor. If you won’t change your resources into trade exchange for you to get money to buy another important basic needs and whatever you want to make your life easier then you are not rich and you can’t be developed to the level you want, you must do something to activate your dormant resources.  

Teach him/her how to fish.

A rich Tanzanian in his discovery relied in this China’s saying “don’t give him a fish instead teach him how to fish” this has been one among the China’s code of conduct in their working life and a value to follow. We must invest more in knowledge of how we can utilize our resources to produce and manufacture different products out of our resources for us to develop. 

At national level this will assure employment to many people in our countries for everyone will be able to work and create the way we can use our resources to create business. We shall expand our own market and compete in the world market; we shall have power in the world market. Is better to export more than importing while we do not have money to buy those goods.

START BY YOURSELF.

A rich Tanzania decided to start by himself, tried to observe what he has as a resource around him for it to use. He found a lot of business opportunities and resources around him but the problem was how to activate them, he didn’t know the technology behind utilizing them so his solution was to start learning on how he can activate them, he went to a bookshop and found books and DVDs which contain a knowledge behind the way to utilize those resources. The game was very easy because everything was open for him to understand in those books and DVDs; he kept on learning and preparing himself to start using those skills to utilize the resources. Now he is getting richer and richer by using his knowledge in business.

A book with all the secrets

This has been a great secret behind his richness, he is always learning how to do things, he reads a lot of books, attending a number of trainings and workshops, he is aware of all the learning platforms which are relevant to what he intends to learn about, briefly he works a lot to develop his personality and mindset as a results he is becoming more creative in his working life and business.

Meeting him anytime he will tell you that learning the KNOW HOW education is the only investment you should start with for you to change your life the way you want. And he will assure you that there is a big secret in learning and almost all the successful and rich people have written a secret of their success in books so find those books to read and know how they got success that is how he is doing and getting richer and richer.

YOUR VALUE WILL MAKE YOU RICH.

A rich Tanzanian discovered that, values in people’s mind are what makes them work hard and creatively to get rich. Most of the said developed countries have a value of ACHIEVEMENT. All their people believe in achievement, they believe that everyone must achieve and become developed in their life, an impact of this value is them to become more creative and work very hard to achieve. In china people do not believe in giving something instead teaching someone on how he/she can do something to get what he want this is a foundation of their saying “don’t give him a fish, teach him how to fish”.

Our said developing societies do not have this kind of values so it is very hard for us to be triggered to hard work, learning and creativity. It is not easy to get development in this kind of mindset; we must change and have a value which will trigger us to work hard and creatively.

Personally you can change your mind and create these values by yourself and get developed and rich. That is how a rich Tanzanian did. He believes in achievement and learning the way to achieve things every day. Decide to change your life today by investing in education and learning, create your own values which will trigger you to work hard and start working by using them to exploit the resources around you. I am 100% sure that after sometime you will get the success you dream about.
